Business Development Associate

Job Description:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
  • Understanding client needs and offering contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients and follow-up call questions and responding to client requests for proposals. 
  • Identify potential international clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs. 
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. 
  • Should be excellent bidder with previous experience of Upwork, Freelancer, Guru. 
  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM Software. 
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans. 
  • Candidate has to do regular documentations and maintaining all the records properly. Excellent analytical and time-management skills. 
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders. 
  • Ability to work in flexible shifts and time. 


Must have skills: 

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar. 
  • Extensive sales experience.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior. 
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services. 
  • Professional yet affable disposition. 
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance.
  • Great networking skills.
