Job Description:

  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in delivering group presentations and facilitating discussions.
  • Understand client requirements and craft contract-winning proposals. Conduct follow-up calls, address questions, and respond to client RFPs effectively.
  • Identify potential international clients and perform thorough research on their business and equipment needs.
  • Be able to create a yearly marketing strategy with a solid plan to ensure a consistent growth graph.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients while maintaining strong connections with existing clients.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru, with a proven track record.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work with management to define sales goals, plan strategies, and forecast outcomes, aligning with both short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and records, ensuring all client interactions and processes are properly tracked.
  • Showcase strong analytical abilities and excellent time-management to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Negotiate terms with clients and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding contract conditions.
  • Be adaptable to work in flexible shifts to meet client needs across different time zones.
  • Be ready to travel as necessary to meet clients, attend conferences, or fulfill business requirements.


Must have skills: 

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar. 
  • Extensive sales experience.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior. 
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services. 
  • Professional yet affable disposition. 
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance.
