Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for building long-term relationships, solving problems, and driving success for both the client and the business. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams like Product, Engineering, and Sales to advocate for your clients and improve the overall experience.
Customer Success Manager Responsibilities
- Own and manage customer relationships from onboarding to ongoing support
- Understand client goals and develop success plans to achieve them
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth or product adoption
- Serve as the voice of the customer and relay feedback to internal teams
- Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate solutions across departments
- Track customer health metrics and initiate renewal or escalation processes
- Prepare and lead regular check-ins, QBRs, and performance reviews with clients
- Advocate for process and product improvements based on customer insights
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS or tech company
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and customer success platforms
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B environments, particularly with enterprise clients
- Familiarity with digital platforms, APIs, or software development life cycles
- Ability to analyze customer data and drive actionable insights
- Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with tech teams
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others succeed
